Classes are held on Monday evenings and Tuesdays. Rosemary has been teaching
Hatha Yoga for over 20 years in Edinburgh and is registered with the
Scottish Yoga Teachers Association.
Her Yoga sessions consist of physical
postures (called Asanas), special breathing techniques (Pranayama), some
philosophy and at the end of the session a relaxation (which is known as
Yoga Nidra) to help students derive maximum benefits from their practices
and counter-balance their often stressful and busy lives.
Rosemary
specialises in therapeutic and remedial postures and students are encouraged
to listen to their own bodies and never go beyond their own physical
capabilities. The Monday and Wednesday evenings are fully booked and have a
waiting list, the Wednesday 5pm class has a few spaces. For information
